Leading With Outreach focuses on reaching those around you through Spirit-led friendships. It shows how effective outreach includes a balanced, three-fold approach of sharing the spoken words of the gospel, walking in the power of the Holy Spirit, and demonstrating a lifestyle that reflects the gospel of Jesus Christ. This module  requires participation in three mandatory venues:

• In-residence training at Western Branch Community Church, 1935 Jolliff Road, Chesapeake, VA on Friday, September 11, 2009 from 7:00 to 10:00 PM and Saturday, September 12, 2009 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 
• Participation in the Leadership On-line Forum. You will be required to post a response to a related topic and provide feedback posts on two other student's inputs (total of three). Note: Instructions on how to use the forum will be provided during the in-residence training. 
• A short oral presentation to a small number of classmates.
