The Leader's Potential. The Leader's Potential focuses on reaching your potential by maximizing your spiritual gifts and personality mix. It shows how understanding yourself and those around you will help you find your PLACE in ministry and maximize your strengths to reach your greatest potential. This module  requires participation in three mandatory venues:

• In-residence training at Western Branch Community Church, 1935 Jolliff Road, Chesapeake, VA (map) on Friday, May 1, 2009 from 7:00 to 10:00 PM and Saturday, May 2, 2009 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 
• Participation in the Leadership On-line Forum. You will be required to post a response to a related topic and provide feedback posts on two other student's inputs (total of three). Note: Instructions on how to use the forum will be provided during the in-residence training. 
• A short oral presentation to a small number of classmates.
