Do You Want to Become a Part?
Thank you for your interest in being involved in the Acts 2 Network. We are genuinely excited about your interest and stand ready to serve you in any way we can.
The following is designed to provide you with basic instructions for submitting your application(s). Please complete each step in the process BEFORE proceeding to the next step.
1. Prayerfully read the information in the Learn More area of the Website. It includes the vision, mission, core values, organization and doctrinal positions of the network. Be sure you are in agreement before continuing.
2. Carefully read the Levels of Involvement and choose the level that best suits your needs.
3. Download and complete the appropriate application (Member or Partner–for church or individual) below in detail using additional pages when needed.
Include the requisite sponsor and personal reference information, understanding that you are giving the Acts 2 Network office permission to make contact with those listed.
- Be sure to sign and date the declaration page and have your Acts 2 Network sponsor sign that page as well.
- Mail your completed application (along with the appropriate application fee) to:

4. Your original application will be kept in the Acts 2 Network office. A copy will be given to you upon completion of the application process.
